Lab-result!

After three days of searching, the lab finally found a bacteria in Sebastians urine. He is now on antibiotics for this, which hopefully will cure this part of the trouble. The stomach virus is still on, and we just cross our fingers that it will soon pass. Sebastians misses kindergarten, and we misses getting him out of the diaper again! He is in a great mode, though, and the flat is one big playground in these days ;-)

Home again ...

Sebastian has now had a stomach-noro-virus for 10 days. He is back with full-time diaper, and has no control of output whatsoever. Sunday we found visible blood in his urine, and two tests have confirmed this. Tue just went over to the hospital with yet another test and we will know this afternoon if it is a bladder infection, or if the blood can be related to the virus. Sebastian seems to be ok - only a little on the grumpy side - although he started yesterday to complain about pain when he pees. He has not been in kindergarten since it began and misses to play with the other kids. Hopefully it will soon pass - a nurse told me that noro-virus can be very annoying, and stay up till 6 weeks! Hmmm ... Fortunately the rest of the family has not caught the virus - but we worry, as always, when Sebastian is not well.

What a noisy world!
